Services provided include developing and implementing ordering procedures, reviewing and correcting agency orders, scheduling and prioritizing orders, troubleshooting telephone problems, coordinating schedules with users and vendors, performing software changes for orders, and serving as technical point of contact on telephone matters. Staff members are trained to use Verizon's Service@once.
