This support includes receiving, assembling, testing and installing new desktop computers and retrofitting existing desktop computers with new components. In addition, remedial and preventive maintenance of desktop computers are performed through the operation of a walk-in user service center for the repair of desktop computers. An inventory of spare parts needed for the repair of desktop computers is tracked and maintained in the service center. Staff members provide these services with certifications from industry associations.
